About Andrea Bracaglia
I have lived in Caledon with my family and attended school in Caledon my entire life. My interest in public service started early, and I have fond memories of attending Mayfield Secondary School questioning the status quo and searching for opportunities to get involved.
For five summers, I worked as a summer camp counsellor (with one of those summers being for the Town!), and as a tour guide in Ottawa, Montreal and Quebec. No matter where my work took me, I always ended up home in Caledon.
After graduating with a Master of Public Policy from the University of Toronto, I now work in the healthcare sector and have experience in strategy development, and coordinating care for individuals with complex conditions. I’m passionate about health equity and ensuring that individuals are treated fairly no matter their circumstance.
I’m excited to be a part of the CCS community, and intend to bring a youthful perspective to the issues. I’m also excited by the opportunity to get involved and give back to a community that has given me so much- from a toddler, to a teenager, and again as a young adult!
