CCS Transportation services getting you where you need to be – connecting Caledon

Our friendly, reliable, door-to-door transportation service is accessible and available seven days a week for Caledon residents. Our fleet includes wheelchair accessible buses, a passenger van, and cars driven by one of our many dedicated volunteer drivers.  What does this mean for you? Transportation is available to fit your circumstances!

Stay active and connected to your community with day trips to wellness and social service programs, doctors appointments, therapy, lifesaving medical treatments, weekly grocery shopping, Senior Centre, CCS Programs, and destinations such as Evolve Clothing and Evolve Lifestyle, the Exchange, Exchange Partner programs and visits to family.  Let CCS Transportation help you get where you need to be!

Are you a Caledon Senior or disabled

Looking for a ride?

Caledon Community Services Specialized Transportation service is available seven days a week for Caledon seniors and people with disabilities who are unable to drive on their own.

Eligible clients are:

  1. All Caledon seniors 60+. disabled persons 16+
  2. Caledon residents unable to drive because of a short or long-term medical disability or are experiencing mobility issues ( Applicants may be asked to provide a Physician’s note).
  3. People who require dialysis.
  4. Transportation needed due to a temporary medical need.
  5. TransHelp clients.
  6. York Region and WheelTrans transfer riders.

Are you a Caledon resident

8-59 years of age?

Caledon Community Services is pleased to announce a transportation program now available to residents of Caledon that require transportation to health and wellness program, community activities, clubs, support groups and volunteer activities.

Eligible clients are:

  1. Between the ages of 8 (do not require a car seat to travel) and 12 without a disability and accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  2. Between the ages of 13 (do not require a car seat to travel) and 59 without a disability and able to travel independently.
  3. Reside in Caledon.
  4. Travel without a mobility aid.
