I am honoured to serve the Caledon community as a Board Member for Caledon Community Services. My background in food engineering and supply chain management has shaped a career rooted in problem-solving and innovation.

Currently, I work as a Supply Chain Analyst with Mars Inc. Canada. I moved to Cape Breton, Nova Scotia from India in 2019 to pursue my post-graduate studies at Cape Breton University. After living and working in Nova Scotia for five years, I moved to Caledon in 2023.

I am very passionate about inclusive community building and have spent a large chunk of my time volunteering with organizations that serve that purpose. I currently sit on the Board of Directors for YMCA Cape Breton and also co-chair the Youth Advisory Committee of YMCA GTA. In the past, I have been part of the Board of Directors for Cape Breton Credit Union and an advisor with the Cape Breton Local Immigration Partnership.

Guided by CCS’s mission to advance community well-being by working creatively and responding to community needs, and its vision of a healthy and engaged community, I am committed to upholding values of inclusiveness, integrity and partnership, and I look forward to contributing to Caledon’s vibrant future. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and continuing to connect with causes that matter deeply to me.
