From newborns to grandparents, we know that a family requires all kinds of care. We want you to know that care is available right here in your community at the Caledon Specialist Clinic.

With a referral from your primary care physician or a nurse practitioner, you and your loved ones can receive care from local medical specialists from Headwaters Health Care Centre (HHCC) in the fields of Obstetrics/Gynecology, Paediatrics and more.

For your convenience, CCS Specialist Clinic is centrally located in the heart of downtown Bolton at 18 King Street East, Unit L9 in the Royal Courtyards, with free onsite parking. For more information and program availability, please call 905-584-2300 Ext. 920, 905-857-4327 or send an email.

The Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) is also available to support additional specialist services via video conferencing.

In addition to our specialist services, monthly and weekly programs from a variety of community providers are also available at the clinic:

• Hear Well Be Well – Free Hearing Clinic: offering basic hearing tests, earwax checks, hearing aid cleaning and minor hear aid repairs. Available on the 3^rd Thursday of the month, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Please call 905-857-4327 for more information and to book your appointment. (ages 9+)
• Alzheimer Society of Peel – Dementia Days: drop in to learn about dementia and support services accessible in Caledon. Available on the 3^rd Thursday of the month, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. No appointment required! (Please note on May 18^th and September 21^st, the time will be altered to 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.)
• Dufferin Area Family Health Team (DAFHT) - Diabetes Education: drop in and meet with Registered Dieticians and Registered Nurses every other Thursday, 1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
• CMHA Peel Dufferin - Rapid Access Addiction Clinic: offering low-barrier immediate access and care for substance use management including counselling, links to community services and access to psychiatry and pharmacy for consultation. Please call 1-877-451-2123 ext. 2 for more information.
• Peel Public Health - Healthy Sexuality Clinic: providing reduced-cost birth control, pregnancy and STI testing and more. Please call 905-791-5905 to inquire about availability.
  
• Region of Peel - Healthy Smiles Program: providing free preventive dental care for children up to 17 years of age. Please call 905-584-2216 to confirm availability.
