Santa Fund

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted everyday life for millions of people around the world and has also caused challenges in our community. As we look ahead to the holiday season and the annual Santa Fund this year more than ever, struggling families and children need a reminder that things will improve.

As a result of COVID-19, we will be making adjustments to the Santa Fund, however we will not let this pandemic prevent us from spreading joy. To protect the health and safety of clients, volunteers, staff and our community we won’t be collecting/distributing toys and gifts this year. Instead we will be providing gift cards for each child to allow parents to shop for the items their children desire.

As always, we will continue to provide holiday hampers of perishable and non-perishable food items.

You can help by donating:

Gift cards and food donations can be dropped off at the Exchange (55 Healey Rd, Bolton)

Any toy donations received this year will be sold at Evolve Caledon stores and all proceeds will be directed towards the Santa Fund.

This Santa Fund will look different but our goal remains the same – to help create a wonderful holiday season for those in need. We can’t do this without you. Please support our neighbours in need and together we can spread much needed joy this holiday season.

The holiday season should be merry and bright, but for your Caledon neighbours in need, the magic of the season is lost when you don’t know if you’ll be able to afford heat, food or presents on Christmas morning.

Without your help, hundreds of Caledon families, children, seniors and individuals may go without heat, food and the vital resources and support they need. Can you imagine spending the holidays cold, hungry and scared?

You can ensure this doesn’t happen and help make the warmth of the holiday last all year for our neighbours in need.

Your donation provides nutritious food including holiday meals, home heating and help with utilities during the coldest months of the year. It also provides warm clothes and support when needed most. Your donation gives children a reason to smile on Christmas morning by providing gifts and encouragement.

The Santa Fund has been a holiday tradition since 1982 and is 100% community funded by people just like you.
