Hear the business of the Corporation:
1. Receive and consider the financial statements of the Corporation for the year ending March 31, 2024.
2. Elect the Board of Directors for 2024/2025.
3. Appoint auditors and authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration.
4. Approve the Corporation's amendments to its governance by-laws.
5. Introduction of 2024/2027 Strategic Plan.
6. Transact other business as may properly come before the meeting.
