The Learn to Fish program (LFT ) is created by Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) in partnership with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF).The LTF program.

This program includes on-land training by the LTF instructors and fishing in Heart Lake. (Heart Lake Conservation Park - https://trca.ca/parks/heart-lake-conservation-area/)
