The first step before you book a ride is to register. It’s free to register, just fill out the application form that fits your needs and return it to the Transportation office.
After registering as a rider with CCS you can book a ride by email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 905-584-2300 ext. 217, 218, 221 during business hours. Nominal fees apply. Ride requests must be received a minimum of two business days before the ride is required. Rides can be booked a maximum of seven days in advance. Last minute ride requests may be accommodated when possible.
Individuals that reside within the municipal boundaries of the Town of Caledon, generally defined as south of Highway #9, North of Mayfield Rd, East of Winston Churchill Blvd and West of Albion-Bolton Townline.
Transportation available if you are registered in a CCS program using a cross boundary transfer stop.

In addition, CCS will transport clients to Orangeville, Etobicoke, Brampton, Woodbridge, Georgetown, Newmarket, Mississauge, Toronto and Guelph.

If you are travelling with a PSW or escort, they must be there to assist you with translation, vision or mobility needs. Escorts ride free of charge.
If you reside in Caledon and require a mobility aid to travel such as a wheelchair or walker you must apply to the Region of Peel TransHelp program.
