My approach to people leadership is grounded in a simple truth: people are the greatest catalyst for change; when they’re empowered and aligned with purpose, organizations thrive. This belief shapes every system I build, culture I nurture and leader I support.

As the Director of People & Culture at CCS, I’m leading a full-scale transformation of the HR function, shifting it to a strategic, mission-aligned operation that supports people and performance, including building inclusive culture, supporting leadership development, and embedding equity, wellness, and accountability into the core of how we work. I see HR as a critical enabler of community impact and organizational resilience.

My scope also focuses on fostering meaningful collaboration across sectors to support broader system-level impact and long-term sustainability. I lead with authenticity, curiosity and a systems-thinking mindset. Whether I’m coaching leaders, shaping policy or guiding change, I’m grounded in the belief that culture isn’t a department, it’s the environment we create together, every day.

With a Master of Human Resources Management and a professional background that spans various sectors, I bring a diverse and cross-cultural lens to people and culture work. My academic foundation in Talent Development and Management, paired with a passion for equity, compliance and organizational design, has shaped my ability to build people systems that serve both operational goals and human needs. Prior to joining CCS, I focused on leading HR transformations, coaching senior leaders and developing people strategies that created lasting impact.
