Community Care Coordination

Life is full of challenges and when you’re struggling, it can be hard to know where to find a helping hand. While you’re doing your best, extra support goes a long way. That’s where Caledon Community Services comes in. We’re here to help with your unique needs, offering food support, referrals to community resources, help with utility/ internet costs and so much more.

Here are some ways you can get support:

  • Visit the Exchange - Food Support (Fresh, nutritious food) Share food around a communal table, meet new people, and connect with your community*
  • Access the Season of Hope campaign
  • Sign your kids up for Kidz in Caledon
  • Book some time with one of our Care Coordinators/Case Workers to discuss resources and services available to fit the unique needs of yourself and your loved ones.*
  • Get referrals to partner agencies and other support services in our community
