I am one of the lucky few who’ve had the opportunity to work at Caledon Community Services (CCS) twice in my career. I first joined CCS in 2015 after an extensive career in Child, Youth and Family Services. As the first person to hold the position of Senior Manager in Health Services, I had the opportunity to transfer my skills acquired through helping children and youth to help individuals at the other end of the age spectrum, by leading services that help seniors lead their best life within their home community of Caledon.
Several years into my journey, I left CCS to relocate to Sault Ste. Marie to assist my ageing parents. Fast forward to 2023, and I was lucky to resume the role of Senior Manager, Health Services. As a resident of Caledon since 2007, I am excited for the opportunity to serve my community once again at such an important time in the evolution of our community, by leading the team in the provision of such valuable services for seniors.
When I am not at work, my husband and I enjoy taking advantage of all that Caledon has to offer: attending the Caledon Centre for Recreation and Wellness, hiking and cycling on the trails, and dining with friends and family at local establishments.
