I am a Certified Career Development Practitioner (CCDP), with more than 15 years of rewarding experience in employment services at Caledon Community Services (CCS). I bring a deep understanding of the job search process, especially from the perspective of a newcomer. My own experience as a newcomer navigating the job search has been instrumental in effectively guiding job seekers on their journey.
Over the years, I have enjoyed connecting individuals with essential job search resources, through training opportunities, employment workshops, and empowering them to navigate their path to success.
When people search for jobs, it should not just be considered only as finding a source of income, there are aspects of their lives that need guidance which we are equipped to deliver. In helping individuals’ greater needs, I don’t have to look further. I am fortunate to be a part of an organization that supports our community in many ways through our various programs designed to empower and uplift those we serve.
Outside of work, I enjoy nature walks, traveling and gardening. When my husband says I have enough plants, I usually respond, “nearly not enough plants!”
