I moved to Caledon as a child and have lived and called it home for many years now. I did leave as a young woman when I attended university and then backpacked around Europe and Africa. I continued to live overseas until I decided to start a family and at that time, I knew that Caledon was the perfect place to raise my children.
I love living in Caledon because of the outdoors. I hike and bike with family and friends and enjoy the fresh air and beauty of the countryside.
When my youngest daughter started elementary school, I knew that I wanted to be more involved with our community. I’ve held multiple positions within Caledon Community Services (CCS); I started off running the Santa Fund (now known as the Season of Hope), moved to Transportation, led Accreditation and am now the Senior Manager, Quality and Performance. My time at CCS has been incredible and I’ve seen the impact that our agency has made in Caledon.
