CCS aspires to operate within a matrix model with all programs, services and operations working closely with one another. Caring community starts here as we strive to provide wrap-around care for every age group with a broad range of services that make a positive difference in people’s lives. We’re lifting people out of poverty and improving the lives of individuals, families and businesses every day.

In this model, our Senior Management Team is tasked with the responsibility of allocating the right kinds and amounts of resources across programs/services. This group of leaders work closely with our middle management team and front-line staff to provide responsive and effective day to day services. Together we get the job done!
