After a degree in Marine Engineering, I sailed on merchant ships across the globe for ten years, after which I pursued a corporate career in organizations such as British Standards Institution, Lloyd’s Register of Shipping and CSA Group. I currently work for a not-for-profit association of electrical manufacturers and distributors, Electro-Federation Canada (“EFC”). While working, I continued my journey in education by completing a certification program in Operations Management from Loyola University in Chicago and another degree in Business Administration from McMaster University.
Since I moved to Caledon in 2013, I have encountered some extraordinary individuals and a phenomenal sense of community, which has motivated me to give back to society. It is an honour to be a part of the CCS Board and to be able to contribute to this wonderful community of Caledon. I am thrilled to be among a group of exemplary individuals, motivated to uphold the integral values of inclusivity, innovation and partnership, among others.
